GoogleHaving already had one Leamington estate agent fail to sell my property, I decided to dual list it with Connells and another agent. Lucy, Julie and the entire team at Connells were extremely professional and I felt that I was in good hands throughout the process. They were responsive to all my queries, knowledgeable about the Leamington housing market, managed to get a steady stream of viewings and I always felt that they were working for me to get the best deal (unlike other agents who can be pushy and feed you lines because they think that is what you want to hear!). I cannot fault the team at Connells and I would highly recommend them to anyone intending to sell their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy daughter travelled a 2 hour trip with a young family to attend an arranged viewing on a rental property. She waited patiently outside and when it became obvious that Connells were a no show she rang the office 5 times, even left a voicemail and no one had the decency to call her back. Im really shocked on how she was treated and she was obviously very disappointed.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleUnbelievable easy letting experience. I would highly recommend the Connells' lettings team at the Leamington Spa branch who manages to provide support at all times, tends to all concerns, and are open to solve any issue it may arise during the process. As a non-UK resident, I thought that letting was going to be a hard trial to overcome (as it is for many in other countries), however, the process couldn't be any more easy thanks to the help we got from the Connells lettings team. Kudos to Rebecca, Ellie, Selina, and all the lettings team!

GoogleI have been very impressed with Connels Letting department. Both Selina and Leanne have been friendly, super proactive and have done a fantastic job with getting my flat let within 6 days of it going on the market. This is even more impressive considering that another letting agent in the area struggled to get any viewings for two months prior. Then once I moved over to Connels I had two offers within a week. Incredible!

GoogleVery happy with the way that the Leamington Spa branch handle our rental property. We get a great personal service from Beccy Davison, who is very quickly on top of any issue until it is resolved. She does a good job of keeping us informed of the status of things and can track down and coordinate any number of trades to carry out work or to sell and install white goods - things that we could not possibly coordinate from where we are. We find dealing with the branch, with Selina Egan and with Beccy Davison to be the best way to manage our property and we have complete confidence in them both - which is a much better experience than we get from Head Office.

GoogleVery impressed with the service given by Connells in Leamington. Friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. When ever I called the office no matter who answered the phone they were always helpful, friendly and polite. From selling our home to buying our new home I can not fault the service we received. I would highly recommend them.
