GoogleThe boss of Simon Miller, Tony Haskins , really ought to change his name to Ronseal because he does what is says on the tin ! We have purchased and sold various properties with him. Every time the price is correct. TO THE POUND. If you want someone to work on your behalf who has knowledge of their profession, exudes confidence and gets the right result then I'd recommend you use Simon Miller.

Sometimes there are great benefits to using solicitors and mortgage providers recommended by the selling estate agent. On this occasion it seems that the communication was strong which significantly enhances the chances of securing a successful exchange and completion. I have found the person Dan Osbourne I was dealing with to be efficient, prompt and chasing up the enquiries in a diligent and thorough manner. He was very professional and polite to deal with. Worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent, let a photographer have the keys to my property without any notice ? After 3 weeks of signing a contract had no contact from them whatsoever ! Maybe it’s a buoyant market at the moment and their just not bothered, pretty poor to say the least ! But about what you expect from estate agents

As members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) redress scheme we have an internal complaints process which we adhere to. I can’t stress enough just how fantastic our experience was with Simon Miller during the sale of our property. We dealt with the Aylesford branch and all of the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They kept us informed every step of the way and pushed the solicitors regularly! We received the exact amount that we wanted for our property and their fee was worth every penny.

GoogleI delt with Dan upon buying my first property. He made the whole process very easy, he was always available via phone, and always accommodated when I wanted to keep viewing the house. He would contact me on a weekly basis given me updates and help to put pressure on solicitors to help things move as fast as possible. Very friendly, no pushy sales tactics. I would definitely recommend. Matt

From first contact with Gemma, Simon's visit, viewings and negotiations through to sales progression with Richard, the team kept us informed all the way. Inevitable frustrations with selling a house were quickly resolved. The sales progression was great. Richard worked so hard to push through our sale and was always reassuring and friendly. Bought a property sold by the Maidstone Simon Miller branch. Found the team there to be very helpful and very patient (I was a first time buyer). Their recommended solicitor was great as was the independent mortgage broker that works in their office. A really well knit business built to help steer customers towards professionals who just help you get through the process smoothly. Will definitely recommend.
