GoogleFrom our initial meeting while interviewing candidates for our house move, it was abundantly clear that Julie was head and shoulders above every other estate agent in town. She proved this, in spades, while actually doing the job and there is no doubt that her professionalism led to a prompt sale. Her management of the whole process took away much of the stress involved. Her communication was first class and if engaged, called back promptly.

GoogleWe sold our first home in March 2024 with Julie @ Homes for You. It was on the market for a bit longer than expected but we were not in a rush to sell so it worked out great for us. The photos were of a very good quality and really showed potential buyers what to expect when viewing our home. We were happy with how quickly homes for you worked to put our house sale online. Julie was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend Homes for You if you are looking to sell your home. The price was very competitive and matched the service received.

GoogleI recently sold my house with the help of Julie from Homes For You. Julie was on hand with advice, help and support throughout the whole process, from guiding me on the changes to make to get the house ready for viewings, making sure the photos were the best possible to attract buyers, taking care of all the viewings, then helping to resolve a small issue with the buying and selling towards the moving day itself. She was friendly, honest and reassuring throughout and my house sold in less than a week! It was a seamless experience and I highly recommend you use Homes For You to sell your house too.

GoogleUnlike other estate agents, who were quite lackadaisical, Julie was enthusiastic and laid out everything she wanted to achieve for us. It's not just a business for Julie, but a proper relationship. She organised the complete offering, using her extensive knowledge and experience to present our property favourably, and secured viewings that were quickly successful. Julie does not sit on her hands and we very quickly found the next owners to love the property. I would thoroughly recommend Julie as the estate agent of choice.

GoogleJulie from Homes4u helped me sell my bungalow. The service was professional, effective and at a fair price. A professional photographer was included as part of the service, including drone shots. Julie used her expertise to ensure the rooms were arranged perfectly for the pictures which made a difference. I think we had roughly 25 viewings over a week and ended up with an acceptable offer. Julie was really knowledgeable and was on call with good advice about the viewings, offers and legalities throughout the process, really can't fault the service received and I'm really glad we went with Homes4u.

GoogleI was a tenant in a flat managed by this branch for the last 2 years. Andrene and Sue were incredibly professional in terms of communication and how they dealt with issues. They were always fair and quick to respond, excellent in looking after the interest of both the landlord and myself as a tenant. I genuinely can’t praise them enough for their professionalism.

Julie was very proactive and provided valuable guidance on how to present my house in the best possible way. The property listing and photographs were very professional, which I believe played a significant role in the quick sale and achieving an excellent price. However, after receiving an offer, I felt that Homes for U could have been more involved in overseeing the sales process and communicating with me more effectively. GoogleWe cannot praise Julie and the team at Homes 4u highly enough for the 1st class service received when selling our house. From the valuation with Julie on the Saturday to having secured an offer on the Sunday evening the speed, professionalism and efficiency she gave was fantastic. Communication and care from the off right through to a call a couple days before we were due to hand over our keys made the process as stress free as moving home can be.
