GoogleBRILLIANT from start to finish!. Sold ours and purchased a 'Homes 4U' property. Dealt with Les from Larbert office re. Sale - He had it sold within a couple of days after listing. He organised everything including viewings - basically done everything except packing up the van on moving day ( I'm sure if we had asked He would have done that also! ,)Ωͺ 10/10 for service, effort and value for money for both Larbert and Stirling offices.

GoogleI had a great experience using Homes for You to sell my first home. it was just after lockdown and with restrictions still in place due to Covid-19 Carly Robertson and the team were super efficient and professional. I got photos taken of the house and the home report done and within 1 week my house was sold for way over home report value. Delighted- is an understatement! Carly was great from the outset giving us an estimated sale value of our home and recommended a great solicitor too. I felt the fee's were set well too. Quality filters through this business, from the owner, to our maginificent Agent, Julie, and all the way through to their rental team and brilliant Financial Advisor. Julie sold our house and she did such a fantastic job at representing us. Well worth paying a modest amount for her to do the viewings. She was friendly, enthusiastic, professional and always available. As soon as we met Julie, we knew she had to be the one to sell our house and she delivered in spades. Kept our minds at ease throughout and always had a positive disposition. Selling your home is a very stressful experience but Julie really took that stress away and you can tell she loves her job. Look no further if you're thinking about selling your home. Once sold, we had to get a rental quickly and the owner Kevin, who was on the other end of the phone whenever you needed him, put us onto the fantastic rental team who found us something immediately. Kevin and his team went over and above the call of duty for us and they know how to treat their clients. Quick word about our Financial Advisor James. This guy knows how to look after his clients, is easy to get on with and very good at his job. The quality of this business as a whole is top notch and we are very grateful for the great job they've done.
