From the first meeting to closing the sale he guided me through the process step by step. He was a steady influence throughout the process and acted with integrity and honesty. My house was sold within two weeks from going on the market and all the viewings were conducted by Gavin. He is a true professional who is committed to getting the job done. He offered lots of advice and took some fantastic photos that helped sell the house. The house sold very quickly which was pleasing.
