I purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain. I will never use another estate agent and regret that I did not use Frost in the first place.

I moved into my flat in Langley in June 2020, managed by Frost Partnership. It was the first flat I viewed and I immediately knew it was what I wanted, fully furnished and nice, quiet neighbourhood. From the get go, Colin and his colleague Nick couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite lockdown measures only just beginning to ease, they handled everything swiftly and professionally from liaising with the landlady, sorting out references (completed within 48 hours) and finalising of the contract. Since I moved in, I’ve been mainly dealing with Rochelle at Frost over any maintenance issues. There have been a small number, nothing dramatic, just wear and tear of certain items. Rochelle has been equally friendly and professional, quick to speak with the landlady, and then arranging the work to be carried out as quickly as possible, despite various lockdown measures and other unexpected delays. I’m very happy with my flat, and it’s an additional comfort factor that if any problems do come up , Rochelle will deal with everything quickly, efficiently and with courtesy. I would recommend Frost Partnership if you’re looking for property in the Langley area.

We chose Frost to sell our house, above three other estate agents we had selected, because they were first to respond and after meeting with David we felt his valuation was realistic and achievable. We liked his honest, helpful and direct approach. Due to Covid we had to do the viewings ourselves but once we received an acceptable offer, the service we received from David and Allison was second to none. Allison was extremely efficient and a pleasure to liaise with, always cheery and friendly. Definitely recommend Frost Partnership Langley

We went through many estate agents to get our property sold, with frost EVERY single person that came to view put an offer in. Good service, helpful and easy to get hold of. I mostly dealt with Alison for the sale and she was patient and always happy to help. trail, error and timing with estate agents however, I recommend their service as they got the job done!! The Frost Partnership have been our Management agents for over 10 years. Their team of Letting agents in particular Caroline have been outstanding in getting our property rented quickly and smoothly. On the Property Mangement side I have to call out Ciara Jewsbury. Her customer service and attention to detail has been outstanding. If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies. Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her. Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it. Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it. Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract. Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go. I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it. To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.

Negative move out experience

Moving in was absolutely fine and I had no issues at all. Unfortunately, moving out was a completely different experience. They tried to deduct as much as they possibly could from my deposit, charging extremely high prices for things that were honestly ridiculous. They even attempted to take utility bills from my deposit before they had been emailed or sent to me, and before I was even aware of the amounts. I ended up winning the appeal, which says enough. I was recommending them at first, but the way the end of my tenancy was handled has completely changed my opinion. I understand contracts and fair charges where things are left behind, but instead of being honest with pricing, they go straight for the highest charges. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how they tried to get money out of me.

Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.
