Excellent service from Melissa the branch manager in Lancing. She has a no nonsense style and tells you 'how it is'. She listened to all my concerns in our initial meeting then came back with a clear Marketing Strategy and a offers above price. I was a little concerned that she was being over ambitious. I need not have been. She arranged lots of viewing prioritising those that were in good positions to move quickly. We had 5 offers on the first day and didn't need to proceed with other viewing's she had also set up. There was clear communication throughout with her often negotiating between solicitors to get things moving. They successfully sold two flats for me and persuaded me to buy a new one. One Sale was a bit of a lengthy process not helped by lockdowns but Mel was very good at hustling it through. They have had some staff turnover in the last two years, so you might want to check Mel is still there before making a decision to use them. They handled everything you could expect, the viewings are well organised through a website and they also found us a clearance company. In general prompt action and good responsiveness. I've only given 4 stars because we didn't get the hoped for prices but it may be unfair to blame them and real money in the bank is always better than theoretical money on an advert..PositiveResponsiveness

Mel and her team at Jacobs really proved to us what they first offered over the table on our first meeting together. Determined to get the sale on our home quickly and efficiently to the dates and price she promised through an open house. Mel was then key in getting our on wards purchase over the line when the chain was a little up and down at times, but Mel really showed her exempt communication skills in pushing for answers and decisions from the rest of the chain when we needed them. After looking at quite a few properties, it was nice to get an estate agent that had all the answers whilst showing you around. Phoebe was very professional and any information she couldn’t answer she got back to me straight away. Unlike other estate agents around the area who’s answer were if you call the office they will confirm. Once the offer had been accepted Mel was the main point of contact and she helped a lot with chasing the solicitors and trying to get the process completed as quickly as possible. Took a while but got there in the end. We also used the Findon office for another property search, very last minute but they fitted us in for a viewing.
