GoogleIf I can give more than 5 stars I would love to do so. It was the most smoothest and convenient stay ever. Very quick response from the agent and very efficient. I was so happy and relaxed during my stay and I wish if I could always stay forever. Unfortunately, I have to leave because of my job any moving cities. I wish all the best for this estate agent.

Having leased a number of houses over the years, this was by far the best experience i've had from a letting agent. All of my emails and phone calls were returned promptly and the leasing process was handled in a friendly and professional manner. If your review is regarding Block Management then I would please ask that you remove it from our site and apply it to the correct business. I don't think it's fair on my staff to receive such a review when we have never spoken with you or worked with you at all.

GoogleNorthwood took over my rent agreement and management of the property i lived at and also helped me find my new home. The people that i dealt with were very professional and understanding and the office staff were always friendly and happy to help. Drew in particular made my transistion from one house to another very easy. Making sure that i had all the right information and he was there to answer any questions i had. Moving from house to house is stressful but i felt in good hands with Northwood. They were always able to meet my needs about management visits and addressed issues with the property as quickly as they could. Leaving my old property and the check out dates were organised and i was kept in the loop at every stage. My deposit was returned promptly and they helped me organise forms etc for moving into my new home. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family and would use them myself again in future.

GoogleWe have dealt with this company for five years now and every single time we have a problem ( 4 in the 5 years) we have to chase for feedback but on the plus side the people who do the inspection every 6 months are very professional and courteous. It's hard to know if the commication could be improved as I don't have any other experience of another company to compare.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous company. Avoid completely, if you want to be treat professionally, and not have your TIME and MONEY, taken from you, stay well away. I cannot stress enough the nightmare, stress and anxiety they just put me through and the lies is beyond comprehension.
Many thanks for getting in touch Kieran. I can confirm that no monies have been withheld from you and a full refund has been processed as per current legislation. Unfortunately we have had no joy getting hold of the council to proceed with your application and as such the landlord instructed us to re-market the property. I can confirm that the council have been contacted repeatedly about this. Should you wish to discuss this further please do call the office.

GoogleAs estate agents go, these guys were pretty good. Friendly when arranging viewings, straightforward about contracts and inventory, responsive when I needed something fixing and fair about returning my deposit. I can't give them 5 stars because what kind of psycho gives his estate agent 5 stars, but yeah no complaints here.

Emma, Catherine, Sara are brilliant and are there to help with any issues at all times. A great overall team always at the end of the phone. GoogleAppalling service and customer relations. Complete lack of communication and no urgency whatsoever. Moreover, “short”, unprofessional and contradictory responses, along with excuses. It is clear that absolutely everyone has been dealing with the COVID-19 situation, yet Northwood seem intent on relying on this as an excuse to cover up their obvious shortcomings which were clearly preexisting. I seriously wouldn’t advise anyone to use this Estate Agent.
