View AgentsA great experience.
I have used Martin and co since 2010 and felt they were reasonable despite the occasional “blip”. However, since Caitlyn arrived I have found that the landlord/agent relationship has been so much better, she really seems to look after my interests and her communication skills are excellent. Thank you so much.

All my concerns and questions were answered clearly, sympathetically and speedily. Extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. I highly recommend.

GoogleUsman at Martin and Co has helped me find two properties to rent now and both times have been easy and painless. I was able to find the first property whilst I was living abroad to come back to and on the second Usman managed to negotiate the rent down a bit. Very friendly and helpful, would recommend
