GoogleAfter a long search to find a flat with many other agents for about 3 months, I found Martin and co, where they provided flat within 2 weeks. Martin and co lancaster is very easy to approach, Caitlin is very friendly, she responds to the email quickly and calls back if she couldnt pick up. I am a happy tenant with Martin and co, highly recomended!

GoogleI rented a place using this company, and Caitlin was absolutely brilliant! She was professional: responsive, clear about everything, and when there were some issues when I first moved in she took care of them right away. To this point (I got the house keys and currently I'm dealing with some issues) she was helpful and amazing. PS: the missing star is due to the current issues with the apartment, not Caitlin's professionalism. EDIT: when I moved out I accidentally payed a month's rent more, as the bank order wasn't cancelled in time. When I contacted her she said she asked the owner to give the money back, (but of course they never did). A couple of weeks later I presented a solution, and she said she'd run it with her manager and she would get back to me in 48 hours. Since then I heard nothing from her or anyone in their office. I sent them repeatedly letters, and while there was proof they were being delivered, no answer came back. Eventually I had to contact the property's ombudsman, where they had the wrong ombudsman at their website, to take my money back 8 months later. Overall: ok experience, ups and downs in terms of checking the "happenings" in the property and responsiveness, but be careful to cancel the bank order in time!!!

We have had issues with recent tenants, and Martin & Co have supported us really well through it in order to have issues fixed and deal with disrespectful tenants. I lived in a flat managed by Martin&co for four years. The flat was managed well in most cases, but I would have liked more beforehand information on what external contractors were going to do in the flat when, for example, electric installations were done. Once I came in late in the evening from work, and an electrician had removed most of the ceiling lamps during the day as a part of some modernisation work that had not been explained to me in detail. Other than that, everything worked as promised and issues were always sorted out.

GoogleI recently used Marting & Co Lancaster to find my first property and found the whole experience extermely easy and I was able to secure the perfect property within hours. Having lived in the property for 2 months now I'm very happy with the service ive been provided with and the friendly and approachable nature of the staff (especially Usman) has made every step of the way very easy. He can really empathize with our situation being foreigners working in a new country because his parents undergone the same thing decades ago. He walked us through each and every step of the process. and continually does so by quickly responding to our quiries about the property. Now we're enjoying the property and it's been great thus far.
