GoogleI'm surprised that this company ever sells a property! I emailed C*****n asking to view an advertised property which had been on sale for several months - no reply. I followed up with two telephone messages, neither of which was returned. Third time lucky and C*****n actually answered my call. I was advised that Martin & Co are so busy that they "only conduct viewings on Fridays" irrespective of whether this is convenient for the potential viewer (which it isn't) or not. So much for customer service. I have since contacted the seller directly as its obviously too much of an effort for Martin &Co to do their job properly or professionally. If I wanted to sell a property I wouldn't let this lot anywhere near it.
