GoogleHave dealt with Lancastrian previous and it all went smoothly. On the last occasion, I was purchasing a house listed with Lancastrian offer was accepted and all was going well, we were just awaiting the seller to find a place after 6 weeks, our survey was back all ok. Was contacted by Lancastrian to inform us the property had been resold to another buyer after we’d spend hundreds on solicitors fees / mortage applications / survey. We found the lack of communication unprofessional.

We had not moved home for over 15 years and had very little knowledge of the process. They kept us updated regularly made everything very easy.
