Moving house when you're in a chain is stressful, but honestly L.E. we the stand out organisation in the whole process. Kerry was absolutely amazing throughout, very communicative and actually chased all three solicitors regularly which kept things on track, as did Elle when Kerry wasn't around. Above and beyond what we expected. Simon we owe a debt of gratitude regarding the house we bought, he'd shown us around many properties over the 18 months we were looking, always with a relaxed attitude, not pushy or demanding immediate offers (like JD...) so when we found 'the one' he helped ensure our bid was realistic to secure our new home. We viewed a property that was advertised with Lancastrian and from that experience we decided to sell our two properties with them and we were not disappointed.
