GoogleWe bought our house through Entwistle Green Lancaster. Very professional and honest while viewing the property and answered any follow up questions with ease.
After deciding to purchase the house, the vendors unfortunately opted a legal firm who will remain unnamed. Long story short Entwistle Green (Kim) went above and beyond to help chase up, pester and eventually get the sale through. Ever professional and understanding with us despite the odd rant as you can imagine.

GooglePlease be careful of dealing with this agency, most of their work is scam. I have suffered of being changed many things that they were responsible of and they did not admit it. If you have to deal with them for a property, try to take pictures of every single thing before you rent or buy from them and check carefully. Do not sign any paper coming from them without reading it very carefully amd consulting a lawyer.

GoogleWe bought a house from one of their clients. They didn't seem very interested in selling to us, at one point didn't tell us that an offer had been accepted. When I went in the office to enquire they looked at me as if I was an alien, often taking 2 to 3 minutes to acknowledge my presence. Although our seller signed the standard form saying they would leave the property in good order, it was full if rubbish and filthy, when we informed them, they said they couldn't do anything. Makes me wonder if they sell anything. They just cant be bothered

EG showed overwhelmingly that they were prepared to put the effort in and pay attention to detail to ensure our purchase progressed as smoothly as possible. Little touches like an extra viewing, knowing the property well and making sure that calls were returned promptly all combined to make the process a positive one. Despite the fact that the agent represents the seller, EH made us feel they were also supporting us as buyers.

GoogleWe have sold our house with Entwistle Green in Lancaster (sold very quickly ,within 2 weeks) and also bought a house from the same estate agents.
Me and my wife dealt with the Branch Manager Kimberly Howarth and also Christina and Roger and found them to be realy reliable and that nothing was too much trouble at all.
We got updates and advice on how the sales were going through making sure we new exactly how we was progressing.
There are cheaper Internet deals out there,but I'd like to think that you get what you pay for,which in my eyes, I'd rather pay a little extra knowing that I'm being looked after and that I can contact them anytime should you need to ask them anything.
I'd recommend them to freinds and family no problem at all.
Well done to the staff there your providing a great service.
