FacebookI would not hesitate to recommend Pendle Hill Properties, we have used them on 3 occasions, successfully selling 2 properties and assisting us in finding a perfect short term rental property in the area that we are hoping to buy our new home. On each occasion, Andrew and his team have kept us informed throughout the process. Andrew has years of experience and knowledge, he provides an honest and accurate valuation and is then there for you in every step of the process, providing advice, guidance and reassurance. We found everybody involved delivered professional, friendly and efficient customer service, the professional photographer was amazing and the additional floor plan images are extremely useful for potential buyers. We are now searching for a property,with Andrew assisting us in this, I'm sure we will find our perfect family home.

FacebookDon't normally leave reviews but in this case it felt more than right. If you are thinking of selling your house then give Pendle Hill properties a call. They are a small team that are always on hand 24/7!!!! If you need anything they always respond in super quick time and are always super helpful. Perhaps more importantly though they know the market and can get a really good price for the house. Thanks in part to the amazing photographs and floorplans they produce my house sold within a week for full asking price!!! Thanks Andrew and Callum

Nothing was too much troublee, regular updates and chasing ensured the sale completed. Andrew was also a great source of advice and help during a tricky part of the process. If you are selling your house, Andrew and his team should be your first call.

We previously lost buyers without explanation with a different estate agent before moving to Pendle Hill Properties but, thanks to their dedication and availability to do chasing around at all hours, we are now settling in to our family home.
