Andrew Taylor and the team worked hard to sell my property. It was never going to be easy, then came lockdown 1. By working as a team and with the benefit of the stamp duty holiday, interest was reignited and a buyer was quickly found. Andrew is a straight talking, no nonsense man with lots of local knowledge. I cannot recommend this company enough! I have had my rental property on the market twice before in the last few years with different agents and both times it has had literally no interest, despite being in excellent condition and being on Rightmove, etc. I was desperate to sell the property this time and an associate recommended Pendle Hill Properties. I had the property valued by four other local estate agents so was confident that the asking price was perfect for the market conditions. Don't normally leave reviews but in this case it felt more than right. If you are thinking of selling your house then give Pendle Hill properties a call. They are a small team that are always on hand 24/7!!!! If you need anything they always respond in super quick time and are always super helpful. Perhaps more importantly though they know the market and can get a really good price for the house.
