FacebookWe moved into our new house 2 weeks ago after selling our house with Pendle Hill Properties. Had an offer on our house within 7 days of it going up for sale. I had dealings with Tom, Andrew and Toby and all were very efficient and professional. Andrew himself spent lots of time on our process of sale and purchase. A* service and we will always recommend Pendle Hill Properties and would never use any other estate agent.

FacebookWe couldn’t recommend Pendle Hill Properties enough, they sold our house in a day of it being on the market however when our circumstances changed, they pulled out all stops and re-sold our property within a week. Pendle Hill were always there on the other end of the phone to keep you updated every step of the way. We really can’t thank all staff at Pendle Hill enough. Louise and Lee Preston

Moving really hasn’t been easy with everything that is going on but the communication has been second to none and we have felt like Andy has gone above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way through the whole process...... We honestly cannot thank them enough!. The heaps. ❤️

FacebookGlad we chose Pendle Hill Properties for the quick sale of our house. We had 7 viewings in the first day and 3 full asking price offers the same day. It was up on rightmove Saturday and sold by the following Tuesday. A small family business that work around the clock to answer any questions and update on progress. I haven't dealt with a better estate agent. Professional photography and foorplans made a real difference. They do know the market and give good professional advice. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again to Andrew and Callum and their team!

GoogleFrom offer acceptance to getting the keys we were 8 weeks and 4 days, we couldn’t be happier with the turnaround and the service. Pendle Hill kept us up to date and did a lot of the chasing and pushing of the solicitors. Everyone who works in the office is friendly and could always answer my questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

GoogleMixed experience, person who gave a viewing was lovely and helpful, however the experience over the phone was difficult, hard to get through. People didn't phone back when they said they would. For those renting, they also do not inform you if you're unsuccessful for an application, so if you want more information you have to keep contacting. Person who showed properties redeemed the score here.

GoogleWe put our house on the market pre-covid. Pendle Hill Properties were very efficient and effective, they sold our property quite quickly despite Covid. They are professional and responsive, they always get back to you quickly in your chosen way whether mobile or email which I found really helpful as it can be quite stressful moving house. From the valuation all the way to completion, they have been brilliant, particularly with communication and keeping me informed with updates as I live overseas were very accommodating with the 10hour time difference.
