⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly cannot thank the team at Pendle Hill Properties enough for everything they have done for us throughout the sale of our home. From start to finish, the whole team have been incredibly professional, friendly and supportive. Communication has been excellent and we were kept informed on a daily basis, which made such a difference and took a huge amount of stress away from what can normally be a very stressful process. They worked hard for us, achieved our full asking price, and most importantly we always felt that they were genuinely looking after our best interests. A massive thank you to everyone behind the scenes who we may not have met personally but who played a part in getting everything over the line. A special thank you to India for all her help, and an absolutely huge thank you to Andrew, who has seen the sale through right to the very end. Were good for arranging viewings but when it came to gathering information about the property Andrew told me roof had been redone 18 months ago - solicitor found it was 10 years ago. How you make that mistake I’ve no idea. Then it came to picking the keys up, I booked a second viewing the Friday before completion on Tuesday and informed the agent at the viewing that we were completing on Tuesday. That, in my mind, being her cue to contact their client to gain confirmation. Cut to completion day, I get a call from my solicitor informing me I’m ok to pick keys up and then on my way India rings me to say the seller hasn’t left all keys they can’t get hold of her and they weren’t informed of us completing today. You were told on Friday. Got to the office and they then said I can’t have the keys cos they’d not received confirmation from seller solicitors. I rang my solicitor, passed my message on and within minutes the agents rang to say I can pick my keys up. My solicitor left a message after to confirm seller’s solicitors had received money and released the keys ‘ages ago’ and that the estate agents had clearly missed the message. No apology just sheepish looks from them when I collected keys and was awkwardly passed keys and Prosecco. No congratulations or anything clearly flustered from knowing they messed up. We all make mistakes, but to gaslight and lie instead of saying “apologies we missed the message” is a very peculiar way of dealing with the situation. I see why estate agents have a reputation… Edit: Mr Turner emailed shortly after this review asking me to call him so he could explain: I thought it interesting that he didn’t want to have his explanation auditable by emailing it to me. I asked he don’t contact me about this review again and instead he replied throwing his toys out the pram, informing me he was removing me from all marketing etc wishing me ‘health wealth and happiness’ which I though was just a bit odd, from a ‘professional’ … and considering I’m physically disabled which is obvious by the way I walk… came across as a bully if I’m honest, fragile ego. I hope that’s the accurate amendment you were hoping for Andrew.

I would highly recommend Pendle Hill Properties to anybody who is looking for an stress-free sale of their home. Andrew came out to do a valuation on the property and showed me the various different methods which are used to attract potential buyers to come and view the house. The property was professionally photographed and the marketing methods worked a treat - with over 10 viewings and four offers within the first week of it being listed. Other members of the team who I spoke with to arrange viewings (Toby and India) were equally as professional and allowed plenty of notice when new viewings were booked in. Once I had agreed to an offer, Andrew kept me updated all the way through the process and was quick to respond with any queries I had. Excellent service and would definitely used Pendle Hill Properties again if I was looking to sell another house.
