Andrew takes the stress out of selling a property, making the selling process as quick and pain free as possible. Andrew and his team are excellent to deal with , he has strong business integrity and delivers on his promises. My house was listed the week before Christmas- never thought it would sell before new year. He sold the house to the first person who looked at it completed in excellent time .The home spec, negotiating rates helped with this success. I have used many estate agents in my time, but Pendle Hill Properties is certainly miles ahead of the game. PHP recently sold a property for me, I spoke to some other agents in the area, but the PHP team were far more professional. The marketing of the property was excellent. Viewings were handled in a professional manner and where other agents fail, I was kept up to date with feedback. Potential buyers were followed up by PHP and feedback given. Upon a sale agreed PHP again gave me regular updates and made the whole experience stress free. I have found from previous experiences of selling houses that estate agents are lazy and don’t care, PHP is a breath of fresh air in this industry. I would recommend PHP 100%! Andrew Taylor and the team worked hard to sell my property. It was never going to be easy, then came lockdown 1. By working as a team and with the benefit of the stamp duty holiday, interest was reignited and a buyer was quickly found. Andrew is a straight talking, no nonsense man with lots of local knowledge. I cannot recommend this company enough! I have had my rental property on the market twice before in the last few years with different agents and both times it has had literally no interest, despite being in excellent condition and being on Rightmove, etc. I was desperate to sell the property this time and an associate recommended Pendle Hill Properties.
