Incompetent staff! From them allowing any one to rent to zero safeguarding of residents. This company will pass you around to other staff so they don't have to deal with anything. Shoddy and zero help. Go with somewhere else.

GoogleGot my contact number wrong twice, never checked it. Never showed up for the viewing twice and spoke to me with a bad attitude on the phone blaming me for not replying until they realised they was in the wrong, never known an estate agents to be so rude and unhelpful.
Dear Megan, I looked into this for you. I can see you were booked in for a viewing with us, and unfortunately your phone number was taken incorrectly by one number, which caused complications confirming the appointment. We have a policy to confirm appointments before we set off. On this occasion this was a genuine administration error. I can see from the log that once we had your correct number we called you to apologise for taking your phone number down incorrectly and rearranged the viewing for you.

GoogleDo not rent with these! Absolutely shocking just how much they don't help you. Even when getting the council involved they only reply to them. Ignoring tenants leaving me with no cooker no fire door rising damp on an internal wall for months. Money grabbing and their attitude towards you is disgusting. Avoid!

It's a terrible experience to rent a house at Ascend. Olivia Sutton does not know anything about renting and did not listen to/read what we are talking about carefully. She keeps wasting our time!!! And her attitude makes me sick even though she knows nothing about the property requirement or the next steps of my rental.

GoogleAwful landlord, rent put up even after problems with property that wern't ever resolved were left, damp, faulty electrics, leaks ect... once moved out all issues fixed and old things replaced but yet rent now dropped to original price on their website????

As you have not provided your name or any details, we have undertaken a thorough search on all Our managed properties advertised over the past 12 months and unfortunately cannot find one property that has been advertised for less than the last tenancy agreement, nor any matching your reported maintenance. Rent Smart UK LTD are a lettings and management agent and not a landlord, so maybe you are a tenant from a ‘Let Only’ property or have mixed us up with a different agent? GoogleI have been trying to speak so someone about an advertised property to let, letting option says voicebox is full, management option can leave a message but no return call, this has been ongoing for several days, emails have not been responded to either, this is disgusting customer service
