GoogleProfessional, efficient excellent service from Kari Barr. I called into the Lanark office to enquire about a property I was interested in and to request a viewing. She offered to take me to the property straight away if I had time, which I did. During the visit all of my questions were answered quickly and precisely. I placed an offer later that day and Kari got back to me that day with an update and the following morning with a response from her client. A little further negotiation was required which allowed us to come to an agreement and offer accepted. Really exceptional service from Kari.

GoogleThe Team at AB Properties were excellent in all aspects of my house sale. Kari helped make the experience feel like I was being looked after on a personal level, which helped as I had never sold a property before. That being said, I had a great number of questions which were answered quickly & explained thoroughly to help get an understanding of what was going on & why. I would highly recommend using AB Properties to anyone whether experienced or non experience. Everyone I dealt with & spoke to made the sale of my house go smoother than I could have imagined. Thank you so much to all at AB Properties, I will definitely be recommending and using you guys in the future. Cheers, Craig

GoogleCan't believe I wasted so much time with AB Properties. Just 24 hours with a different agent and my property was sold at the full price I wanted! AB Properties wasted weeks of my time, gave poor advice and stated they would do things they never had any intention of doing. Simply avoid them!
