GoogleA huge thank you to Diane, Kari and Tracy for the wonderful service they provided when we were selling our family homes. From day one you could just tell how helpful they were going to be, no matter when you contacted them they were always happy to help. As a family we would highly recommend using AB Properties. Thanks again ladies you certainly do AB proud. Keep up the good work.

GoogleHighly recommend anyone selling to use AB Properties!
Tracy, Kari and Dianne were all brilliant and always very quick to respond if we ever had any questions.
We were unfortunately left in a difficult situation when the seller of the house we were buying pulled out the sale on the same day that we received an offer on our own house, but Tracy went above and beyond for us and helped us find another house very quickly even though it was her busiest time of year.

GoogleFrom initial contact with AB to receiving an offer letter only took 10 days. The ladies in the office were great to deal with , the app provided to keep track of viewings and feedback was brilliant. Tracy who arrived to do all the marketing imagery was so professional and had a great knowledge of all things property wise not just in Hamilton but across lanarkshire. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to anyone who wants to take the stress out of selling a property - world class !

GoogleAs first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for better support than we got from Tracy and Diane at AB Properties. They both kept us well-informed throughout, reassured us during a few bumps, and went above and beyond to help us. Their dedication, care, and professionalism made the whole process so much easier.
We’re now two very happy homeowners who were able to complete just before Christmas and we can’t recommend AB Properties highly enough!

FacebookI have used AB Properties on 3 occasions snd cannot fault the service. They are always in touch keeping you updated. The most recent time I used them was to sell my property which did not even make the market and was sold over the value price and sale concluded last week. I cannot thank Andrew, Brian, Diane, Kari & Tracy enough for such a seem-less and professional service. By far the best estate agents in Lanarkshire.
