Tracey Holmes was an absolute standout throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she made everything feel so easy and completely manageable, even during what was an incredibly difficult time for me, selling my father’s house after his passing. Tracey kept in touch regularly, offering clear updates and thoughtful guidance at every stage. Her communication was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She truly went above and beyond, providing not only professional support but genuine kindness when it mattered most. We hadn't moved in 20 years, and prior to that, just once. That was an horrific experience. Wish I'd had the ladies at AB Property back then. From the minute Tracy stepped into our home we knew that we would be in good hands. We met Diane at a viewing and she too was a delight to work with. And then there is Kari. We highly recommend AB properties. From the first contact they were professional and friendly, and always put us at ease. They managed to sell our property before even putting it live on the market due to their knowledge of local buyers. There was some complexity with the solicitor process and Kari in particular chased things up and supported us throughout various stressful twists and turns of the house move. At any cost please avoid this agents . Once you leave your tenancy they don't listen to you. All your deposit will be looted. They give you unreasonable causes and make you frustrate and even don't respond. My deposit was taken completely and they were responded Alison was looking into my case.
