They sent me a letter in the mail asking to sell my property but didn’t pay the full postage. I had to pay £2 so this unknown letter could be delivered just to find out they’re trying to sell to me. When I do sell my property I won’t be going here if they aren’t competent enough to add correct postage to a letter

After meeting with Steve, I knew I was going to sell through Winkworth Streatham. Their's was neither the highest nor lowest valuation I received, but we achieved the higher end of their valuation range, so I really can't grumble about what Winkworth Streatham achieved for my flat, nor the honesty and expertise with which they valued it. There were higher valuations, but I'm happy I chose Winkworth Streatham, who I believed in in terms of valuation and marketing strategy at the time, and they went on to deliver a really good buyer and achieved the higher end of valuation in less than a week on the market, which is a credit to Lewis's' negotiating. They were also a lovely team to work with.

Very impressed by the end to end experience. Having previously used a competing estate agent in the area, I switched to Winkworths and the difference in service was massive. The team, notably Anthony Nyland, were responsive throughout and developed a clear and effective plan to manage the sale end to end. Photographs and viewings were arranged quickly and with minimal input required from me, although I was kept informed throughout. Anthony and the team managed comms with the buyers and other stakeholders so that ultimately we got to a good outcome in a short time. Would highly recommend. Aaron was an amazing help

Aaron was an amazing help. As soon as I spoke with him regarding re renting my flat he put me on the right 'track' in regards to everything I needed to do or not to do. The previous tenants left the flat in a real mess and Aaron recommended certain businesses that dealt with many of my concerns ie getting rid of rubbish, where to get an EPC from etc. As soon as the flat was ready to go on the market Aaron was able to muster up fifteen applicants whilst weedling out a few that weren't quite right for my flat. He got me an immediate offer which was a little more than expected which was great. Overall I had a great experience with Winkworth, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that would like to rent out their property.

I cannot recommend Aaron and his team highly enough - they are first rate, professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Extremely Disappointing Service

My experience with Winkworth Fulham has been deeply disappointing. Shortly after moving into a property in mid-October, I discovered that construction noise from the ground floor was unbearable, making it impossible to study or rest. This construction, as confirmed by workers, had started months earlier, yet this critical information was never disclosed to us before signing the tenancy agreement.When I raised this issue, Winkworth not only denied knowledge of the construction but also showed no intention of helping resolve the matter. At a meeting I attended, I was faced with three representatives who seemed solely focused on defending the company’s interests rather than addressing my concerns. The lack of empathy, understanding, and professionalism in handling this situation has been shocking.I cannot recommend Winkworth based on this experience. Transparency and support for tenants are basic expectations, and unfortunately, Winkworth failed on both counts.
