We have lived in a flat managed by Stirling Ackroyd for a year and a half. Our property manager David Umney has been great. Luckily we have not had to contact him often, but whenever we have had an issue David and team have been super helpful and professional.

Been looking for a flat for myself and my partner for months and months, and Stirling Ackroyd Streatham were able to help us find a place after 2 days of being in contact! Rio and Danielle have both been extremely kind, smiley and helpful in the process. Rio has been my main point of contact and has been so easy to get a hold of, and answered all my questions in great time. She is also great at getting in contact with me to remind me of things I need to do before a certain time. Thank you for all your help and fab customer service.

Concern regarding privacy and professionalism

Terrible agents with absolutely no respect for privacy. I have never used their services, yet their staff contacted me on WhatsApp saying they wanted to arrange a viewing of a property I stayed once. I am neither the landlord nor the tenant, so I have no idea how they obtained my number or why they thought it was appropriate to contact me. The way they handled this is extremely creepy and has left me feeling very uncomfortable and confused. This is a serious concern regarding privacy and professionalism.

Just rented a property through Stirling Ackroyd Streatham and the process couldn't have been any easier. From booking a viewing to making an offer to getting all paperwork and references, they've been extremeely helpful throughout. Danielle was absolutely lovely and called me to tell me my offer was accepted, explaining all the steps super clearly in order to help me secure the property. Delays - Due to poor report

Having used Stirling Ackroyd to value our houses via MHBS, we would not recommend this company. It took their surveyor six attempts to write a satisfactory report for MHBS before funds were released, causing a long delay and issues with our New builders having to find other financial routes to keep our new build project going. There were no issues with the LTV but poorly written report caused delays

I consider this agency unprofessional, after having made an offer for a commercial space, we discovered that the space was still available on their site, and when we reported it to them they told us that our offer was in competition with other offers.. Again more serious because I never received an email telling us this. Then they told us that the owner asked the agency for 3 months to rent this space. Which was not communicated to us when we visited the commercial property. And this makes it even more unprofessional... Because if this information is not acquired first by the tenant, this agency probably doesn't know how to do its job.Their lack of pressure lies in not having communicated all these things beforehand. In addition to calling me only to say in threatening tones to remove this review,. Truly an unprofessional agency..
