Really pleased with the service provided by Tim Nagamani (Senior Property Manager)Unfortunately there were a number of issues with my property let which left me totally deflated and disappointed with how matters had been handled previously. The onboarding process was smooth, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Communication throughout the sale was poor, and it took far too long for them to even put up a “For Sale” sign at the property.

Don't bother doing business with Stirling Ackroyd!They would advertise a place at a certain price, take 20 offers on it and then entertain every person who placed an offer to bid against others which will ultimately raise the asking price of the propriety by 20%. They are doing nothing but damaging what is already a difficult real estate market.Communication is extremely poor, they won't keep you in the loop nor inform if your offer was successful or not.To be frank I doubt they are even presenting all the offers to the landlord, they would most likely show off by putting forward only offers way above the asking price. I've been working with other agencies who have made it very clear they would be unable to do any viewings or take offers once a propriety is under offer but Stirling Ackroyd works like no one else on the market and I mean it in the worst possible way.If you are a landlord or a tenant looking for your next successful rental please take your business anywhere else but Stirling Ackroyd.

We know it normally can take up to 7-10 days to change over a tenant with referencing etc. Abby was always very responsive and kept in touch with me to ensure the process would be dealt with quickly. This is the worst agency I have ever worked with. We are paying full management fees, but everytime there is a problem with our property they do absolutely nothing. I have to chase them constantly for getting the barely minimum done. They have also messed up in accounts in the past. Unresponsive, unprofessional. If you want to let your property, I recommend to stay away from them.
