My boyfriend and I stumbled across Marsh and Parsons in Clapham by complete chance walking through the old town and saw the perfect flat in the window. We went in and Tobi kindly arranged a viewing within 30 minutes as we were in a bit of a rush. Since then it has been immaculate service from both Tobi and his colleague Seb throughout the process. We’re now very happy customers with the flat secured within 48 hours! Would highly recommend anyone to use them if you’re looking in the area!😊

Weronika Lajborek - In the absence of our tenancy manager Weronika dealt with my many queries calmly, swiftly and ultimately correctly. Unfortunately there had been an error in the apportionment of rent between tenancies however Weronika took the time to understand the situation, consult her accounting team and ultimately resolve the matter in a very short space of time. She also took the time to provide a full explanation via an email detailing the sums due back to myself from the tenancy crossover. How are this company still running?!

Terrible service! Tenants were given their full deposit back without permission from the landlord and before the flat was checked after their move. We have had to clear all the broken furniture they left, pay an electrician to rewire the flat after they tried to rewire it themselves(?!), replace broken door handles and sockets and it needed a deep clean as the place was so filthy! Marsh and Parson would be better saving the money they pay to advertise on the tube and using it to better their service for both landlords and tenants!

A Revolving Door of Lies and Incompetence

I've been a tenant in a property being 'managed' by M&P for 11months. Since I've moved in they've been nothing but unhelpful and facetious. I've had multiple other agents over the years with only minor issues that have been resolved in a reasonable time. M&P have regularly lied, lacked effective communication and had a revolving door of incomptent employees involved in the management of our property. I feel all these problems are down to lack of employee training and no sense of responsibility to their tenants and landlords. We've been lucky to have a helpful landlord, hence we've bypassed M&P to get anything done. This started when it took them 2 months to get our boiler/heating fixed after we moved in December 2022. Whilst they were contractually responsible for communication between tenants and the landlord, we've had to go around them to get anything done. They continually lied to the landlord and us regarding the progress of issues being sorted. If you're a landlord do not enagage with this company, they will provide zero value for your rental property. If you're a tenant looking to be supported by M&P, lower your expectations or find a property being managed by a competent company. I can't imagine there's a company less ethical or functional in this market than Marsh & Parsons. The senior management of M&P should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the neglect of so many tenants and landlords.REPLY TO M&P AUTOMATED RESPONSE:Do not be fooled for this automated response trying to discredit this review. We had no heating for weeks in freezing temperatures due to the neglect from M&P. This is one of many issues we've had with them.
