DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY WITH THIS AGENCY. They are liars and manipulators. My agent convinced me that the landlord agreed to a few conditions before I signed the contract, and then completely disappeared when it was time to meet these conditions! Also, my agent was supposed to meet me on the day I was arriving to the UK. She agreed to meet me on the 28th of august, not informing that it was a bank holiday. (It’s my first time living in london and I am an international student). Neither she, or this horrible agency were answering the phone, and there was no emergency contact. I was simply stranded at the airport with no where to go. I was forced to book a hotel. A respectable agency would reimburse the cost of the hotel because of the inconvenience and stress the agent’s mistake has caused. All the offered when the agent answered 3 hours later was an apology. Not only that, but they stopped answering after giving us the keys, and left us to deal with an uncooperative landlord that I deliberately breaching the contract (mould, not cleaned, stained). I have tried to come in contact with the manager of the agent but I have received no response. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

GoogleMarsh & Parsons found us a super tenant for 3.5 years. She has just left our flat and they have found us another 3 year tenant. The changeover and redecoration of the flat have been handled professionally with no hassle for us. We have been very happy indeed with the service provided by Emma, Meagan and team.

TrustpilotDangerous level of gross negligence
Marsh & Parsons is incapable to the point of gross negligence. Avoid at all costs, tenants and landlords alike. Achieving anything on the paperwork side requires hours of chasing them and months before seeing any results.The lack of attention from maintenance is dangerous. Our CEILING COLLAPSED and we are being told to wait until Monday and that there is nothing they can do. The agency is rife with “that’s not my job” to the point of risking the safety of their tenants. Our home is unsafe to live in and all they have done is send an email.Do not take the risk of living in one of their homes. If there is an emergency, they are not equipped to deal with it at the appropriate level. This is dangerous.M&P should not be allowed to continue as a letting agent while they continue with this level of negligence and complete disregard for their clients. Unacceptable.

TrustpilotThe worst estate agents I have ever dealt with
As other posts say, estate agents are estate agents but my experience with Marsh and Parson has been awful. They will tell you barefaced lies to your face without even blinking an eye. They try and get you to spend money when you haven't even got a confirmed offer. When you want an update from them they go incommunicado on you - however they hunt you down like a dog when they want something from you. And lastly, they are plain rude when they don't hear want they want from you.

GoogleWe started looking a few weeks ago for a flat or house in Clapham. We registered with all agents in the area but Theo Hall from Marsh and Parsons Old Town was outstanding! The service provided was far better than that received from other agents in the area. He helped us understand clapham and conducted a fantastic tour of selected properties based on what we told him we were looking for. He kept us updated regularly and was a pleasure to deal with.
