Kyrsten went above and beyond to help me. I needed some urgent help for a legal matter and required relevant documents. Kyrsten not only found the appropriate files in no time, but also managed to find some versions that I imaged would not be available. GoogleI couldn't recommend Marsh & Parson enough, especially Kit Wade. He kept us up to date with the market and how it has changed coming into the Christmas season. Although we were not able to renth through them in the end, I will definitely be going back !!

Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. He had laser focus on the issue, prioritised the matter and got the problem fixed. This is what you need from a property manager - THANK YOU Giles.

GoogleA very positive experience working with M+P for the duration of my flat sale. I had originally put my flat on the market with another agent, but following a bad experience with them, added M+P into the mix. Trying to sell a flat in London mid-pandemic wasn't as straightforward as I had hoped, but once M+P got an offer for me they were very professional and responsive. When that offer fell through, they had another offer within a week or so which meant we didn't lose much time at all. Harry was my contact and was organised, professional, dealt directly with my solicitor and offered sound advice when needed. Would definitely recommend M+P to others selling in the area.
