This company is an utter embarrassment…

This company is an utter embarrassment to the sector. They are rude, unprofessional and they can’t organise a deposit return if their life depended on it. I’m currently in disputes as I’ve been waiting months for the return of my money, only to be sent automated messages from Am. V and to be ignored by her. The whole experience whilst renting my second apartment with them has been shocking. The end of property reports have been done incorrectly and they will con you out of money. It’s a shame as my first experience with Chris M was a positive one and he was a fantastic property manager. It makes me question this companies morals, ethics and professionalism.

Ace Property Manager

I have been very happy with the service I've received from Life Residential, in particular Laura Grente who is my Property Manager. She always keeps me informed of what is happening with the property and if there are any issues she sorts them out quickly and efficiently. Recently I was out of the country for a while and unable to access my mails as regularly as usual but she took the initiative when something needed to be sorted out urgently and kept me appraised of the situation. It has been fantastic having a one point of contact who will sort out everything without you having to worry. Thank you Laura for all your support.

Horrible! If you rent, AVOID this company even if you found your dream house through them. it isn't worth the horrendous experience they give you next. -Responding to your email only if they wish to. -Resolve property issues, only if they wish to.-Irresponsible people. -In the end, they do everything not to pay your deposit money back. I moved out in mid-August but up to now, 27 October, I haven't received the money back. They are good only until you pay the deposit money in the beginning. I do not recommend them and I don't wish my worst enemy the experience I have with them. Nightmare!

Hands down one of the most effortless experiences finding a rental in my life. Overall our experience with Life…

Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in);Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.

Avoid at all costs! They are worse than scammers!

I wish I could give them a '0,' not even a '1!'Everything starts after they get your holding deposit. :)You won't get any response unless you call them multiple times (and even then, they often don't answer).1. The TV included in the contract was broken, and they only replaced it after 4 or 5 months, with a model that didn’t fit the space. The reordering process took an additional 2 months. Of course, I didn't wait and just bought one myself.2. Any issue related to the flat that you report will take at least two visits (like robbers!). I reported an issue and told them exactly what was broken, but instead of bringing the needed part, they came on the first visit just to confirm it. They ordered the part afterward and only fixed it on the second visit.3. I still haven’t received my deposit back, and it’s been 3 months since I moved out. :( No email about my deposit and inventory check.I want to leave details but Trustpilot don't allow me to do that :( This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with.

I recently asked Life Residential to market my property for letting. I was very happy with the service received. Fred Roberts was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process and always kept me posted about viewings and feedback. He has found me a good tenant in a short space of time which I am really pleased about. The subsequent management of the offer process and tenancy agreement was also managed very efficiently and in a timely manner. Anita constantly communicated updates to me and I received all the relevant documentation I requested.
