GoogleMe and my girlfriend have just purchased our first house. As many of you will know this can be an extremely stressful process and ours was no different. The only shining light in this process was Peter at Jacksons Streatham. He was always willing to talk on the phone and was able to have a laugh and provide valuable advice when various mortgages were withdrawn and our solicitors mysteriously disappeared on the completion day (apparently they were on a 3 hour lunch). Jacksons were great and Peter in particular made this process bearable. Very professional and I would recommend Jacksons (we will be using them if/when we come round to selling).PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleTo say we had a fantastic service from Jackson’s would be an understatement! My partner and I were first time buyers and maybe (definitely) out of our comfort zone, however we had no need to be! Our estate agent, Katie, did the impossible, she has made me rethink my assumption of estate agents! The service we received from her was incredible! She would always go above and beyond for us, and it was her personal touch that made us comfortable and confident in our purchasing of our first home! You could tell that not only did she care about her job, she cared about us. I can not recommend highly enough, and if you do go in looking to buy somewhere - ask for Katie! I would give her 6-stars if I could!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Jacksons both selling and purchasing in the local area. They found us an excellent buyer immediately and then helped us secure our forward purchase. We had a lot of help especially towards the end of the process to get the chain over the finishing line. Would use again if it wasn't for the fact this is the forever home!

GoogleWe started a bit slowly because tbh the asking price was too high. But once that was sorted I could find no fault. And as things got closer to the end, the key member of staff on our sale was as good as we could possibly have wished for. . She was thorough, helpful, very pleasant to deal with and fundamentally likeable. We felt that she was on our side whilst still being equitable. The word professional comes easily to mind. GoogleI highly recommend Jacksons and our experience with David Fernandes (Manager in Streatham branch). We initially booked in a viewing with David for a completely different property and it was due to his insight to match us to a place we may not have otherwise considered or seen, which we instantly fell in love with. Having now just completed in record time, which is largely due to David’s management of the sale to manage both the previous owners expectations and ours, we are in our new home! Moving house is a nerve wracking experience but because we were always in regular contact with David and he had such a good relationship with both us and the owners, the stress levels were kept low.
