I had a really positive experience working with Mahemar while renting my flat. Although we never met in person and everything was handled virtually, she made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring. Mahemar was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive throughout. She kept me in the loop at every stage, communicating regularly via email and following up with messages and calls whenever needed. I always felt informed and knew exactly what was happening. Had a really positive experience selling our flat with Jacksons. Scarlett did a very good job handling the initial sale process - managing our expectations and securing the best price. Sam then provided exceptional support with the sales progression. There were complications in the process which caused delays and put the chain at risk. Sam was incredibly proactive, chasing solicitors etc., managing the upwards chain and keeping us up to date with everything. He made a meaningful difference in managing our stress and getting to completion as quickly as possible.

Jaydon at this branch is absolutely phenomenal and huge thanks to him. Friendly, efficient, and just overall very lovely to speak with. As a first time renter, things were to be honest feeling quite shaky but Jaydon made sure it was a pleasant experience and really went above and beyond to soothe any concerns and worries. We have let out our property with Jacksons for around 15 years now and throughout this time they have always been very good and very helpful. This is why we have stayed with them for as long as we have. However, I wanted to give a big shout out to Kelly Everard, Lettings Director at Streatham, who has been brilliant to deal with and really helpful in relation to a several recent matters. Kelly is very personable and always so approachable, and she will go out of her way to assist as much as she can, and always give time to listen and chat through things and advise. After looking at many properties over a long period of time I was assisted at Jackson's Streatham with viewings conducted by Holly and Tristan. Both members of staff were friendly, courteous and highly professional making the viewing process fun and informative. I was also helped by Scarlett who went out of her way to present my offer out of business hours and normal working days. Kelly, the sales progressor, was quick, direct and kept the sale moving whilst ensuring I was fully informed of both the progress and expectations for my side every step of the way; an invaluable role and conducted in an excellent way by Kelly. This was a very straight forward and easy purchase which was in large part due to the professionalism and dedication of the staff at Jackson's Streatham. The process with Jackson’s started positively. We had a good number of viewings on our property. Unfortunately we didn’t get any offers and I was then put under increasing pressure to drop the asking price by a staggering amount down approx 18%. So either their original valuation was way over the top or they now wanted to undervalue it for an easy sale. I had the same conversation with 4 different members of staff. I found this tactic to be highly inappropriate when I had stated that I didn’t feel comfortable doing this. They also became unresponsive to emails and failed to respond on multiple occasions. So unfortunately I would not recommend them.
