I joined the Letting dept in Feb/March as a Landlord a few hiccups at 1st but had improved immensley. Richard Adedeji very professional, attention to detail is on point. Very hard worker easy to talk to, listening skills are excellent. Richard was always available at any time of the day if i needed assistance or reassurance. A very calm and sincere nature about him and always acting professionally at all times. I find communication with Richard, makes my relationship with the agency alot easier, caring and are sensitive to my needs.

Finding a flat to rent in London at the moment was proving a nightmare and taking up hours of time trawling RightMove. Really recommend getting in touch with an estate agents directly - 48 hours after getting in touch with Jackson’s, Sharon Chango had helped me secure a flat that I’m absolutely delighted with. Sharon gave lots of advice and insight which helped me make a confident decision, and was really responsive throughout the entire process, including giving me advice on where to park the moving van to avoid parking restrictions outside the property. They found me the tenants I was looking for, they handled the logistics in a very professional yet friendly and accommodating manner, considering I am a first-time landlord.
