GoogleHad a great experience with Olivia Flynn-Taylor at Jackson’s while trying to find a short let property. After enquiring about a property she was super helpful in getting me all the information and taking my requirements and even sending me video viewings as I was out the country. She also then following up with other potential properties that fitted my criteria. Highly recommended.

GoogleI recently used Jackson’s to sell my 2 bedroom flat. Having used a previous estate agent and had no luck selling, Jackson’s came on board and I received an offer of the asking price within a week. They were polite, considerate and informative with feedback on viewings. I would also like to highlight the great work of Esta who spent a lot of time pushing through the sale when there were protracted negotiations and it could have easily fallen through. A pleasure from start to finish.

GoogleI've been renting for several years now and have had the displeasure of unprofessional landlords leaving me in the lurch before. Fortunately, I can say with a hand on heart that for the last 8 months I've been more than pleased with the Jacksons team. A member of their team, Kieran, has been very prompt with the plumbing repairs needed for downstairs bathroom - which has been very much appreciated. Additionally, they have been very accommodating with my rental agreement given the ongoing circumstances. GoogleSo far in my house buying process, all of the agents at the Jacksons Streatham office have been vigilant, friendly, and knowledgeable. My agent, Rhea, in particular has been an absolute pleasure and has kept me in the loop with all of their quick progress. She has made a typically stressful process very worry-free for me which is all I could ask for! Based on the experience I have had so far with Rhea and the rest of the Jacksons Streatham team, I would definitely use Jacksons again if I ever decide to sell my property in the future.

GoogleShowed up to a viewing and the agent had no access to the property so we had to leave, we called up everyday for a week trying to get a viewing but the agent didn’t have access to the flat or contact with the seller. Waste of time
