The team at Hamptons have been fantastic in helping to secure new tenants during a particularly challenging time. They were always charming, professional and efficient, their response was rapid, and their attention to detail first class. Sophie Winterson proved herself to be both pro-active and resilient, despite the unique difficulties provided Covid-19, particularly with regards to viewings. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the agents, the first deal did not proceed, but Sophie responded as soon as was practically possible and soon found us a suitable replacement. The service was above and beyond what was expected, from the most minute detail to more significant concerns. Robert Baird also demonstrated a reassuring and pragmatic approach to make sure the property was handed over successfully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Won’t name the individuals but the property management team were truly awful. Not worth my time going into detail but would just avoid Hamptons at all costs.

The problem with letting agents is that they are very varied ranging from the bureaucratic to the creative, from those who think that their process is more important than their clients' needs. Happily Nick scores 10/10 as an enthusiastic, empathetic and effective agent. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have been very satisfied & pleased with Eloise, my property manager, who is very responsive and proactive in managing my apartment. She certainly has all the good qualities of a professional and efficient property manager. Ever since she started managing my apartment six months ago, I find my role as an overseas landlord so much easier as she is quick to resolve any problems that crop up every now and then. Keep up the good work Eloise!

Tried to sell my property with them, left my phone number and email address, Got never contacted, but keep getting advertisement emails from them. If you don’t have a high end property to sell, don’t bother, they won’t get back to you (thumbs down)

Have water issues and nobody can help me at Hamptons over the weekend. Will have to go without water now over the weekend. This is not the first time Hamptons we’re absolutely useless at doing their job!!!

The Hamptons team, led by the capable Jordanna, quickly brought lots of potential buyers to view the property, and we had an offer within three weeks above asking price. They remained very helpful during the conveyancing period right until completion. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Hamptons letting agency helped our family find a suitable apartment and handled almost all formalities very efficiently. Our Property Manager- Patryk Lehmann, who visited us recently is very friendly and reliable. He handles necessary repairs efficiently and is in constant contact with us. High standard service!

We have been using Hamptons for the last couple of years to rent our apartment out and would highly recommend them. Our first tenants left at short notice but we didn’t even have chance to worry about this as the lettings team were so proactive in finding us new tenants. Katie in property management is also fantastic, very responsive and knowledgeable but also very friendly and lovely to deal with.First class service all round.
