I have recently let out a flat that I own to a new tenant and a few unexpected problems have arisen. Kay MacCaulay from Hampton's has been an extremely supportive guide throughout the whole process: advising me on what needs to be done at every turn. She is in regular communication: replies promptly and courteously. While always making sure that both I, as a landlord, and Hamptons, as managing agents, strictly comply with legal and ethical imperatives ( which is very important to me), Kay has nonetheless offered me consistent, supportive and common sense advice on how to manage any tricky situations that can arise. Incredible service and experience as buyer and seller. From evaluating, selling, viewing and buying. The team are clear, decisive, effective & efficient. They targeted the correct potential buyer and found a early excellent match for my property. We are just over 6 months into a 2 year tenancy in the Notting Hill area. Amy from the Westborne Grove office has been a pleasure to have as our property manager, we have had a number of maintenance and pest issues and she has responded promptly and sorted them all out very quickly. Definitely recommend Hamptons and Amy for prospective tenants in the area.

Hamptons have been managing our property for almost four and a half years. During that time we have had, and continue to have exemplary service. Our Property Manager, Katie Tucker, is always there for us and nothing is too much trouble. We feel we have a great professional, yet friendly working relationship with Katie. She has been an absolute superstar, especially with keeping in touch with us during the various Covid lockdowns, when it must have been very challenging for her at times, what with remote working, etc. It is extra challenging in our case as we are in Australia and working around the different time zones could be problematic, but it never is for Katie.Katie knows our property very well and liaises between our tenants and ourselves in a very professional and efficient manner. She always takes care to keep track of and follow up on any outstanding maintenance issues or problems arising from either party. We don't know what we'd do without her!

I have let a flat through Hamptons Clapham Old Town branch for over 10 years and their service has been outstanding. In recent times I have been particularly impressed by Giuseppe who is one of the letting team. He is always so helpful and polite and on more than one occasion he has gone over and above what I'm paying Hamptons for thereby saving me a great deal of time and expense. Thank you!

Our agent at Hamptons was Jacob Forster and he was absolutely excellent. In the first instance he gave very sound and sensible advice about the sale of the house and arranged for some very good photographs. Then throughout the period of the sale he was always available to talk and always proactive in making contact with us and our buyers to make sure the process moved along. He made a huge difference and I felt complete confidence in him. It was undoubtedly the most positive experience I've ever had with an estate agent.

Moving house after 16 years in your own well-loved home to a brand new area is not something for the faint-hearted and it certainly felt like a scary step to be taking, specifically as we hadn't rented for over 25 years. Melanie from the Bath office has been instrumental in helping ease us into our beautiful rental property and has kept us informed and updated both before and after the move. Cannot recommend her service highly enough.

We hired a holiday property from Hamptons international but they didn't supply us with the key code to get into the property rang numerous times and also mobile number straight to answerphone also left a message but they never got bk to us luckily an hour later the owners arrived. Extremely poor service
