Very helpful and we went at the right time. Harry informed us of a place that will be available soon that was not even advertised yet, life saver as we were desperate for a place. thank goodness the tenant was happy to move early so we managed to move earlier. everybody happy, thank you again. only 4 stars as i don't believe in 5 stars or perfect all the way but very well service.

Moving into the rented property was fine, however moving out is where I have issues with Eaton Green.With moving into the property, I quickly found that there was major noise issues. After a few months I couldn't deal with the noise any longer so I gave my notice to leave the property. Eaton Green advised me as I had yet to reach the point of contract break clause, they would be taking any rent due for the remainder of the contract from the deposit, although I understand there is a contract in place, Lana at Eaton Green were very dismissive and showed me no interest in assisting with the issue. The flat should never be rented to me and needs serious insulation. I am now in serious financial hardship and anxiety issues due to the stress I was under in the property and having to move out. I will not forget Eaton Green/Landlord for the situation I am now in. If your looking to deal with reasonable estate agents, this is not the place.NegativeValue

I wish , I was able to give them less than 1 star. The services they provide is pretty poor as you have to chase them again and again but they wont even have the courtesy to return your call or response to your emails. I did attend a viewing through them, until I saw the flat it was all fine. I immediately made an offer after the viewing for the same asking price. After making the offer, I cancelled my other viewings and stopped looking for other properties as I did not want to waste anyone's time. I kept waiting to hear from them but did not hear anything and then I started chasing them but every time I was told that I will hear from them by the end of the day. Finally, after a few days, I asked them what's going on and then they told me that the landlord has received more than one offer and they asked me to provide my bank statements, payslips and passport. I did provide everything immediately and then again same waiting. All I wanted from them to let me know whether my offer was accepted or not but there was always one sided communication. At Last, I decided to withdraw my offer and requested them to confirm that my documents and information is deleted from their system (As per GDPR) but they don't seem to care about anything not even GDPR. They did not reply me yet. They are totally time wasters, I partly blame myself for this as I had read some other reviews which were not great before trying this agency but I still went ahead. I should not have gone ahead, and I would advise you to be careful as they are not responsive at all. Be Careful...

Absolutely unprofessional in every manner of the word. While trying to secure a property for lettings, I received an email stating they wanted higher rent than expected. Upon questioning why this happened, one of the agents (Osman) proceeded to yell over the phone claiming how rude it was to suggest the lower price leaving me no option but to cut the call and lose the property despite being ready to meet the higher price. Sorry to the landlord who we were dealing with, these guys just were impossible to have a sane conversation with and lost us both a deal.

Previous experience with this estate agents was fairly unsatisfactory, however after having Lana take over we've had (in the space of about 2 weeks) a new fridge, mattress and radiators fixed, all of which we'd been requesting since August, plus (hopefully) a new fob for our gates. She's also quick to respond to emails and always happy to help - thanks, Lana!!

Shocking customer service. Similar to another customer, I made my way to the agreed appointment and no sign of the agent. After calling the office I was told they called and sent me a text message to cancel the viewing. No phone call, text message or apology. Complete waste of time! Read the reviews, do your research and go to a reputable company.
