GoogleVery disappointing experience.
I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day.
This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

GoogleThe people that work here are disgusting and no help at all. I would not wish this disaster of an estate agents on anyone. I recommend to avoid them at all costs, they're absolutely useless. 0 stars.
EDIT (reply): yes the deposit was dealt with so badly that Eaton Green were no help and did not communicate efficiently. There were RATS in our property and Eaton Green did not care and we had to contact pest control ourselves by the end of it. On more than one occasion an estate agent gave a viewing for the property and let themselves in unannounced.

We are sorry that you feel like you was disappointed with our service, the only reason we feel like you have been disappointed is because the landlord wanted to claim against your deposit which was then taken to the tenants Deposit Scheme due to no agreement being made between both parties.
The whole point in having your deposit in the scheme in the first place is to protect tenants.
We would again like to apologise if you felt our service was not to your expectations.

GoogleRecently I have rented a property via Eaton Green, as I was working abroad viewing was done virtualy with my friend visiting the place.
My experiance was positive from my first call to the agency, letting agent Emelis is friendly, responsive and was open to address any questions. As I moved to a flat there were few things which I requested agency/landlord to approve repairs or upgrades and Emelis proactivly worked on getting those sorted in a timely manner. Even handyman and trader sent on behalf of an agency were really good chaps who went beyond.
Excellent and professional service overall from an entire team. Would definitely recommend working with Eaton Green. It's all about communication which goes both ways.

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the high standard of service I have received from Eaton Green regarding the sale of commercial leasehold property in south east London. I was advised by Principal Osman Cannur throughout and his able and charming assistant Harry. Osman was the driving force behind all transactions leading to an eventual successful sale and he worked relentlessly to bring this venture to its successful conclusion. It is rare to encounter such enthusiasm and service in a reasonably low value transaction and at a very sensitive time for me he acted with compassion and experienced guidance always responding in a very timely fashion. He only texted her after my message informing him that I was waiting outside the building. I wasted time for nothing and I'll not work with them anymore.
