Drew was extremely informative when helping me understand all the litigation and how to process works as I found t moving house to be quite overwhelming. I also like how the team call exactly when they say they will call and don’t forget as I have experienced this quite a lot with other estate agents. I have worked with Marta Brzek, Mike Morris, Ella Light and Sam Harhat to help them with recruitment.We have helped them to find 3 candidates who are joining them and are all very happy to have been successful. Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. Ignored our calls & let us down!

I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!

We recently purchased a new home through Andrews in Streatham, and cant thank them enough for the way they supported us throughout the process. This was not a first time buy for us, so we have dealt with many estate agents in the past, but we can vehemently state that this was the best experience we have ever had. We would like to sincerely thank Elvis first, who listened intently to what we were looking for, and was able to find the perfect home for us right now, which was in fact a home we would not have otherwise looked at.
