Our agent, Dominic, was helpful, straightforward, pleasant and direct with us. We felt that we could trust him to be honest with us and give us the advice that was in our best interests, (even when it wasn't the most advantageous to him!) I have been living in oxford for past 30 years, and I have renting property from many different properties agencies but Andrews property headington oxford was my favourite and the best agency to rent from, the service they provided was 100% top service with big smiles from all the staff who worked at the property agency 🤗.thank you all for all the time and service was provided to me since first day to the last day off my contract 🤗.

TrustpilotThey only want first time buyers!
If you’re a second time buyer - don’t bother with them. They will string you along through to final bidding stage and use you as bait / push through first time buyers to their vendors and advise them that it’s the “Safest” option. They will hold you back until they can use your offer as competition. They will say things like “your offer is provisionally accepted by the buyer we have to wait until Monday just a heads up there may be an offer from a first time buyer coming on Monday”Zero empathy or even acknowledgment that you are trying to buy your family home.Their “mortgage broker “ is incredibly rude.

Making such big decisions are never easy or without hurdles, they really do put you first and I can never tell where they benefit as you always feel every advise they give you is for your own good. Andrews have been a fantastic estate agents! We have moved four times, and used them every time because they have been so great. We have been so impressed with how helpful, friendly and professional all of the staff members have always been. Their expertise and skill is always obvious too. Hamza from the Bear Flat branch has been particularly outstanding for the move we have just completed. A solicitor and estate agent from higher up our chain have been very weak, and Hamza has worked incredibly hard to fill the gap left by them. He has always kept us informed and seemed to genuinely care about our family and our house moving experience. He really has gone above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful - this move probably would never have happened if it hadn't been for him!

Initially it was the cheaper charges and speed of response that attracted us, but later it was the kindness & support offered, even after completion, that I valued more.We were in a chain & Antony Perez looked after us for the 6 months it took for our sale to complete. He was professional, helpful and reassuring, remaining unfailing courteous even when we were irritable & stressed.

Andrews worked hard to find us buyers when interest rates were fluctuating a lot. They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and they always took pains to make sure we understood what was happening with our sale.
