If you are thinking of selling your property with Bell & Co Estates, don’t hesitate. All the ladies that work there are so professional, approachable & friendly. They will always go out of their way to ensure you receive quality service from the start until finish. I didn’t need to worry - Bell and Co organised every thing for me from coming to value my property, organising viewings, showing people around the property, completing the sale and recommending a solicitor. They were professional, friendly and updated me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this estate agents and if I was to ever sell again, I would definitely be putting it on the market with Bell & Co

I’ve used 3 local high street agents this year and none compare to Bell and Co. estates, what a BREEZE for us you made it After not been successful in selling with another agent for over 3 months I decided to contact you as I had nothing to loose, NO SET UP COSTS, you then got us 2 offers within 7 days and saved us £1285 in fees plus completing with your solicitor within 39 days ! My Company have just finished a Damp proofing project for Bells and one of there clients. They had no issues with us having the keys and letting us carry out the work in a vacant property. We stayed in touch with Ruth and Kelly through out with updates. They accompanied there client on two occasions to the property to check on progress. Ruth had so much time for the client ensuring everything was perfect for them and dealing with the work on there behalf. Seeing the passion they have and the personal touch they show to each client was amazing not what you usually see from an estate agent.
