Bell & Co completely exceeded our expectations, and the expectations borne from previous house moves. Kelly was personable and instantly likeable, which made our decision to instruct Bell & Co and easy one; however, what followed was a wonderful service in relation to the marketing of our property, but the post-sale service was remarkable, throughout the entirety of the conveyancing process. We were kept consistently informed and updated, Amy was proactive on an epic scale, she dealt with everything we asked of her, even assisting us weeks after we had completed, and was really nice to deal with. We would have no hesitation in using Bell & Co again. Thank you, Kelly, Amy and the Team - you were amazing!

Belle & Co were fantastic when selling our house on our behalf after we moved abroad. They were helpful, professional and friendly at all times. We received valuations from other estate agents prior to speaking to Sophie, but her attitude was like a breath of fresh air and I instantly took a liking to her, she was polite, friendly and very helpful all the way through the selling process. Amy was also very helpful chasing up solicitors and communicating on both sides, nothing was too much trouble, making the process as stress free as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bell & Co.

I was originally going to leave a 1-star review, but I’ve given 2 stars because the initial process of listing my property wasn’t too bad. However, the experience afterward was very disappointing. I requested to withdraw my property from the market on 26th November. Despite multiple phone calls and around 15 emails back and forth, it wasn’t fully removed until 3rd December. The communication throughout this period was slow and unclear, and I felt I had to constantly chase for updates. By comparison, another agency I used previously removed my property within 30 minutes of my request. There was also confusion over the fees, which required several messages before the correct amount was acknowledged. Even now, the For Sale board is still waiting to be removed, which adds to the overall frustration. Based on my experience with the withdrawal process, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this agency.

Sophie was absolutely brilliant, proactive, efficient, and always one step ahead. Any time we needed reassurance or clarification, she was right there with answers and solutions. Kelly was also extremely good, bringing calm, confidence, and a friendly professionalism that made the entire process even smoother. If you want an estate agent who treats you like a priority, communicates flawlessly, and makes the process feel almost magical, Bell & Co is the one. They deserve every bit of praise and this still doesn’t feel like enough. Nothing was too much trouble when we couldn’t decide, they’re all very patient and understanding. The process did take 10 months, but we didn’t feel rushed or pressured as the situation changed and wasn’t straightforward. When we had to put my late Father’s house on the market we knew that there would be only Bell&Co Estates because we had heard and seen so many excellent comments about them. Very efficient from the start, having the sale board put up straight away , photographs taken and live on the market in days. Kelly and her team kept us up to date on viewings and most importantly on viewers feed back. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have had updates from them out of hours which shows their dedication, chasing solicitors and being able to call into the office when we couldn’t understand the jargon. The initial consultation regarding important detail such as valuation through to the Photos, videos and drone shots, to launching the property onto the market was a clear precise and comforting process. From start to finish, they kept us fully informed throughout the sale process, were always quick to respond, and proactively chased solicitors when needed. Even after two unsuccessful sale attempts (unrelated to them), they were quick to arrange additional viewings, and followed up with those who had shown initial interest. Our sale ended up being very complicated!!
