If you've got a property to sell or want to buy then look no further than Bell & Co. They recently sold our property for us and took control from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough, Sophie and Rebecca have been wonderful throughout, they carried out all our viewings and kept us fully informed at all times. Totally unprofessional; emailed an enquiry to view a property stating I couldn’t take any calls due to being unavailable. Next thing 4 calls one after the other. Last call Rebecca left me a voicemail….she thought she had hung up but hadn’t and the conversation continued to be recorded where she swore about someone. When I phoned Rebecca was more bothered about clarifying that the named person on the recording doesn’t work there. You’ve just lost a customer.

Using Bell & Co really highlights just how mediocre other estate agents are. Bell & Co sold my house on the first day of viewings for the asking price, amazing! I was stuck in a tough onward chain with difficult estate agents, but Bell & Co went out of their way and did everything they could to make the sale as easy and stress-free for me. The team are so approachable and friendly, they kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house. Their service is truly top-notch!

Following a bereavement we had to sell the house. We were recommended Bell and Co and after looking at reviews we chose them. So glad we did. Myself & my partner, have been considering selling our home for over a year now and even had the whole house decorated at the end of 2018 in preparation for this.  As it is with a lot of things, life and a lack of free time got in the way of us making the decision to go ahead and put the house on the market.  One positive to come out of the current lockdown for us has been the ability to finish the things we needed to do around the house and finally put the property up for sale. We contacted Kelly at Bell & Co Estates to advise we would like a valuation of our property with the intention of putting it on the market.  From the outset the communication and the process has been fantastic and stress free. Kelly valued the property on the Friday, the Photographer came on the following Wednesday & the Property was on the market on the ‪Thursday afternoon‬, all within a week.  Within hours of the property being advertised we were inundated with viewing requests which was no doubt down to the marketing expertise of Bell & Co Estates along with their database of potential buyers.  The first day on the market we had 3 viewings with another 2 lined up and more to come.  Within 4 days of the property being on the market (not including the weekend) we had accepted an offer which we were delighted with from a buyer we were more than happy to sell our house to.  From initial contact to us accepting an offer, it took 11 days! Having been through the process of buying and selling houses before I can honestly say that Kelly & her team at Bell & Co Estates are head and shoulders above any other estate agents I have previously dealt with.  Their knowIedge, expertise and communication has helped us to sell our home for a brilliant price quicker than we could ever imagine.  I would be happy to recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. I liked their vibrant, 'can do' attitude, nothing was too much trouble (just like me) Anyway they got the house sold within 2 weeks, a few viewings n a couple of offers, We were sold and completed on our dream home within 12 weeks. Sophie & Kelly have both been amazing during a very difficult time for us in selling my late mother’s property, they made this process feel so much easier.
