GoogleOut of the 4 agents we used to value our house only Bell & Co took the time to discuss our house and how best to sell it. All other agents just gave us a sale pitch of how good they were individually. Bell & Co's price was also very competitive. One key feature for us was that the floor plan that was included had the total area of the house on it. Personally, from a buyers point of view I find this figure very useful when comparing properties and its a shame so many companies don't have it on their floor plans, at least not as standard.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

I could visit the house whenever I wanted to, they assisted me with getting my surveys complete and liaising with my and the other sides solicitors and are genuinely really lovely and helpful. No query was too big or small, and they kept me in the loop at all times. GoogleI would absolutely recommend Bell & Co to anyone needing a quality estate agent. From viewing the house to completing and getting the keys, they were friendly, responsive and so patient with me given it was my first time buying (and I had a lot of questions!). The little token upon picking my keys up of a welcome box including nibbles and a bottle of wine was so very thoughtful, and the team really did genuinely have my best interest at heart when arranging the purchasing of the house. Great team, great service and I would definitely use Bell & Co again.

FacebookJust over four months ago, we decided to sell our house: a family home that we had both of our daughters born into. To say we were apprehensive is an understatement. However, Kelly Bell - owner of Bell & Co - made us feel completely at ease at the beginning and throughout the whole process. She worked tirelessly to meet our requests, even working until 10.30pm on a Friday night to get our house on the market in time for the weekend rush! They sold our house in two days! All through the process Kelly and Leanne couldn’t do enough; they made us feel like we were their most important client which, during a time of uncertainty, was both calming and reassuring. I didn’t need to worry - Bell and Co organised every thing for me from coming to value my property, organising viewings, showing people around the property, completing the sale and recommending a solicitor. They were professional, friendly and updated me every step of the way.
