GooglePurchased our first home through William H Brown Huddersfield and could not be happier with the service they provided. Everybody we spoke to along the way were professional, helpful and friendly, making such a scary process quite enjoyable! Would like to thank the whole team for their support and dedication to getting us completed in the quickest possible time! We also used their mortgage advisor Annabel Haigh and could not recommend her services more! We had no clue about the process and she made it all seem a breeze! If you are buying your first home and a bit worried about the process, William H Brown are the people to see!

GoogleVery, very poor customer service. Tried to arrange a viewing for a property almost a month ago, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me despite several calls and emails. I had one response to say it would be passed to the manager, that was over a week ago. As a potential vendor and buyer I've spoken to a lot of the staff, not one has been professional or efficient. The property I wanted to view is still on the market, I would not be happy if I was the vendor.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI phoned one Saturday wanting some information about letting houses out. I was greeted very professionally by Amy and she told me lots of information! She took her time as I am useless! Made everything very understandable for even me and that’s saying a lot! She was an ANGEL with me. Even after telling her I was holding off for a bit due to personal problems she was very caring and made sure to ask that I was okay. Very personable! Thanks very much Amy five stars! GoogleAs a potential buyer, my experience has been awful. Travelled an hour for a viewing and they tried to cancel it with 10 mins notice due to staff shortages. Managed myself to arrange a viewing direct with the vendor. After submitting an asking price offer, heard nothing back at all! Constantly chasing them (Huddersfield Branch) and they either don't answer the phone or fail to return messages left. Truly awful experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
