GoogleSaw a house with home potential on Rightmove. Emailed the agent and was contacted on Tuesday morning (bank hol wknd). Very efficient and friendly service; Amy and Lauryn are fantastic. Within a week, all sorted and tenancy agreement signed. Highly recommend. No faffing, very welcoming and so efficient, I could happily work in that office!

Being in a chain is kne of the most stressful positions to be in however the Huddersfield branch staff were very supporting and proactive in assisting me through this transition. I would recommend anyone selling a house to use them.

GoogleWas pleasantly surprised at the experience of selling my house with WHB. Made all the better,& easier,dealing with Leah. A friendly,bubbly member of staff,that made me feel as I'd made a new friend. She was professional,& efficient,without feeling pushy. She made the whole transaction so much less stressful. Would certainly recommend them.

GoogleDreadful service. Have rarely been able to get a viewing - it’s almost as if this agency doesn’t want to sell houses? Maybe it’s because we’re not locals that we get such a poor reception from this team of so called professionals? Vote with your feet - there’s better estate agents in town!

GoogleHad a poor experience with this branch, the staff were polite, however they constantly hounded us. We recieved multiple emails and calls, especially when we chose to go with another estate agents. We felt as thought we werent treated as a person but as a money bag due to the companies pushy attitudes.

GoogleStay away if you are a landlord or tennant. STAY WELL AWAY! Rude staff on the phone. Especially the new lady in the office. Since Beth left on maternity leave, this branch has gone down hill FAST! Not helpful, expensive, checkouts were never completed, excuse changed far too often.
