GoogleTried for 8 months to get a noise issue sorted with a flat this company manages, nothing but lies and excuses! eventually gave up with them as nothing was being done
Hi Jamie, having spoken to yourself and your landlord on multiple occasions, we arranged the squeaky floorboards to be fixed and new underlay was put in under the carpets to try and help with any excess noise. You have to appreciate that there will always be noise in flatted accommodation that cannot be helped and we have done all we can at the moment to try and alleviate some of that for you.

GoogleHelpful, but also feel let down, I don't have a guarantor so therefore can't get a tenancy not everyone has a guarantor!!! ๐ข โฆ
Hi Mhairi, I am sorry we cannot help you further. As you will appreciate, we have to stick to the reference procedure that our landlords ask for and unfortunately, you will need a guarantor. GoogleI just spoke on the phone with the member of staff. Rude, arrogant and stubborn. I wouldn't deal with this company.
Hi Georgios, I am sorry you feel this way. We have been trying to help arrange a gardener for the communal area at your block of flats, but it has been quite difficult dealing with yourself. We are not a factor company and rely on a good working relationships with the neighbours in order to make these arrangement go smoothly. GoogleI have worked with premiere rentals for over 5 years now carrying out gas and plumbing work. The staff are friendly and professional never had any issues with them they always pay invoices on time all the time. I hope for another 5 years working with them or until retirement would suit me
