I have been with premier rentals for nearly 3 years. I genuinly cannot speak highly enough of them. My last tennants did about 5000 pounds worth of damage to my property i serve overseas so with only 2 weeks of leave to try and sort the mess out i was somewhat daunted by the prospect. By chance i came across premier rentals online. I spoke with gary and with no guarantee that i would even go with his company he came over to my property and helped me with ideas of sorting the mess out. As soon as he left i knew i would be happy to rent my property out with them (he even rang to ask how i was getting on through out and with my leave coming to an end offered to let the last of the workmen in my home and stay with them until job completion) in the millitary we look after each other its one of the biggest parts of our job so believe me when i say if you want to know that your been looked after go with these guys i promise you, you will not regret it.

I rented through them twice when I was a student and they were a fantastic letting agent. Very good to tenants as well as their landlords. And that is the secret to their success. I made the huge mistake of renting through Remax last year because there wasn’t a flat available in the area I wanted with Premier Rentals. I honestly wish in hindsight I had waited a little longer til a property came up through them. Keep up the good work Premier Rentals!

Rented an apartment through this company for a few years up to six months ago. Had a boiler problem and burst pipes during rental; called their out of hours tel and received immediate help on both occasions. Have left property now but needed paperwork and again immediate response and assistance. It is a pleasure to call anyone in this company as they sing off the same sheet; polite, professional, efficient and friendly. Wish all businesses were run like this. Life would be a lot easier. Can't give 6 out of 5 stars; but I would if I could.

Excellent letting service, I'd highly recommend Premiere Rentals to anyone looking to let, this is the company to go with! I've been with Premiere Rentals for just over 14 years and genuinely sad I've had to move on. Over the years I've found all the staff, no exceptions, to be extremely professional, polite, confidential and easy to talk to. Also, any issues or problems I've had have always been dealt with swiftly with their team of plumbers, electricians et al. A great big thank you to the whole team :)

We have been working with Premiere Rentals for over 15 years now and can honestly say they are by far a Top rank rental company! Never had any issues with them. There pleasant staff are always there to help. 5 ⭐️ company! One thing you can’t say about most of the rental companies nowadays!!!

Terrible company to rent through. They get nothing done, useless, terrible communication and overall thieves when it comes to security deposits. They were very unprofessional and claim that the property was in bad state. The property was fine. We even made multiple journeys from Edinburgh via train to paint the walls freshly. Joke of a company and would never use or recommend.

Hi Mr Findlay, we are sorry you feel that way. Deposits are held through a deposit holding scheme to keep any fees deducted absolutely fair. Unfortunately, the condition you left the property, after evidence provided to the deposit scheme, they found the deductions were warranted.

Top letting agency i have been with! Recently moved on after 4 years of being a tenant with Premiere Rentals and had next to no issues. Any issues we did have was dealt with immediately and resolved in a timely manner. Friendly, polite, understanding and professional staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a let!

We have tried renting privately without using a letting agent , and this was horrendous. So we came back to Premiere Rentals . They have been absolutely amazing all the staff are so pleasant , always really cheerful and always extremely helpful .And if they can help in any way they will bend over backwards to help. Would never use anyone else and would recommend them to everyone.

Have been a landlord with them for nearly 5 years and everything has been going well. Respectful tenants selected who pay on time every month, I never have to chase anything. Any repairs to my property are carried out quickly, to a high standard and are very good value. Highly recommend to other landlords. Keep up the good work guys

I can only speak as a tenant but in the experience I've had, I would rate 0 stars if I could. Reported mould for over 4 years before anything was done about it. Constantly fobbed off. Definitely avoid at all costs.

Hi Craig, We are sorry you feel our service has not been up to par. As explained. with such large works being required, we cannot go ahead without landlord's permission. As you are aware, permission has now finally been given and works have now been carried out. We asked you to inform us when your walls have dried out so we can address the cosmetic damage. As we have more dry weather at the moment, we are hoping it is not going to be too long until this can be fully rectified. We also offered alternative accommodation as we understand the frustration with the length of time it has taken for progression, but you did not want to move. Fantastic, first class service. Great example of how a business should be run. Friendly, efficient, prompt service every time. Have been renting one of their properties for over a year now and really can't fault them. They listen and they act straight away, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend if looking for a letting agent.
