She has been very friendly, attentive, and as helpful as she could in terms of coordinating with vendor and checking in on solicitors progress. She pro-actively advocated for us along the way to land our new home. As a first time buyer, we are very pleased with the professional services from Winkworth Surbiton.

GoogleVery unprofessional, I scheduled for a viewing last Sat, they cancelled the viewing just 15 minutes before the scheduled time, the reason is they can’t access to the flat. I rescheduled for next Saturday and the same issue happens again. Really Ridiculous. I wasted my 6 hours of travelling time during this 2 of Saturday!

High levels of efficiency and competency were evident in combination with good customer service. When the process faltered, due to external factors Winkworth's stepped in taking responsibility and moving things forward, I therefore have no concerns and can report only a positive experience.
