GoogleDebbie from Winkworth worked tirelessly to ensure that I make completion on the 31st of March. Despite having a busy schedule she was always prompt, responsive and proactive around what next steps need to be undertaken. She coupled her professionalism with genuine care and empathy towards my needs as a buyer, which is a breath of fresh air dealing with agents! I would wholeheartedly recommend.

GoogleAs a property owner and landlord, I've worked with many agents over the years. Winkworth Surbiton have by far been the best. As both rental and sales agents, Ben and team have been a joy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

GoogleThe absolute best in Surbiton!! Ben and Ryan managed the entire process smoothly (even our purchase side). Nothing was a hassle to them and always with great energy and passion to get it done. They won a customer for life. If you are looking for a great agent, look no further!

GoogleWhilst not our agents (they were working for the seller), the team at Winkworth Surbiton did everything they possibly could to make our house transaction work, even where the chances of making the deal work looked slim. They worked incredibly well with our other agents, gave us great advice on how to make the deal work, played the deal with a straight bat, and managed to make the transaction work in the end. So, thank you, and thank you in particular, to Ben and Ryan.

GoogleI just bought my first property with Winkworth, via the wonderful Debbie. She looked after me every step of the way, proactively kept me update on the sale, and had a “can do” approach to any snags encountered along the way. She was genuine and caring and not in the slightest bit pushy. Just a joy to work with and I cannot rate them highly enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in any future sale/purchase.

GoogleClaire and the team at winkworth Surbiton have been exceptional. We used their services to negotiate a very complicated tenancy agreement, they were fantastically professional and supportive in equal measure. Would definitely recommend and use them again . Thank you.

GoogleNigel at Winkworths was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout. He was responsive , friendly and helped get me into my first home smoothly and successfully. I only have positive things to say about this agency and it made a nice change after having dealt with several estate agencies beforehand , many of which left a very bitter taste in my mouth! Thank you.

GoogleBen and the Winkworth Surbiton team were a pleasure to deal with throughout our property search and purchase. Ben is extremely professional and acted with transparency and integrity throughout. Nigel worked hard to find us a property that met our requirements where other agents had failed. Highly recommend. The team go above and beyond to get the right outcome for vendor and purchaser.

It is so important to read trusted reviews direct from customer perspective.Always start from Trustpilot own website from my own valid experiences companies seemingly choose selective reviews for their own gains. Not for customer satisfaction.DO YOUR HOMEWORK.Best wishes K.K

bad companies dont like you using trustpilot so they will most of the time try and sort your problems out without trustpilot and resolver most of these firms would do nothing to help resolve your problems keep up the good work.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
